A massive fire broke out at a sweet shop in the Delhi’s Geeta colony, the fire tenders have rushed to the spot and the efforts to douse the fire is underway.
The video shows the size of the fire is huge.
The police along with the fire fighting teams have rescued two people including an elderly woman from the spot. No casualties have been reported yet.
Reports claimed, fire has engulfed two shops while the reason behind is still to be known. A total of 4 fire services team are said to be present in the spot making efforts to bring down the fire.
This is the second fire acident reported in the capital today, earlier in morning, a cylinder blast was reported in the Golakpur village of Delhi. One person died due to it, while many were injured in it.
As soon as the information was received, the police rushed to the spot, it said, one person died on spot, while one of three injured being taken to the hospital also died.
